CC Club Plan Pricing
CC Club plans are determined by two factors: weekly quota and model multiplier. Different model families have different official costs and consume your weekly quota at different rates.

Model Multipliers & Exchange Rates
Different model families have different multipliers and effective exchange rates depending on your plan.

The Free plan does not display a fixed effective exchange rate.
What Is a Model Multiplier?
The model multiplier determines how much of your weekly quota is consumed when using a given model family.
Formula:
Official model cost × model multiplier = weekly quota consumedA lower multiplier means your quota lasts longer; a higher multiplier means faster consumption.
For the Max plan (210 USD/week), if you use only OpenAI Codex or Google Gemini:
210 ÷ 0.6 = 350You can use up to approximately 350 USD of official Codex / Gemini quota per week.
If you use only Anthropic Claude:
210 ÷ 1 = 210You can use up to approximately 210 USD of official Claude quota per week.
If you mix models, the system calculates each separately and sums them. For example, 100 USD of Codex and 50 USD of Claude:
100 × 0.6 + 50 × 1 = 110This deducts 110 USD from the 210 USD weekly quota.
What Is the Effective Exchange Rate?
When your plan quota is fully used, the effective exchange rate shows how many CNY you pay per 1 USD of official model quota consumed.
For the Max plan:

The effective exchange rate is not the live USD/CNY forex rate. It is a derived cost reference calculated from plan price, weekly quota, and model multiplier.
Multiplier Adjustment Notice
Model multipliers and effective exchange rates may be adjusted as market conditions change. Users will be notified at least 3 days in advance of any adjustment.
What Is the Session Window Limit?
The session window limit caps how much quota can be consumed within a fixed time window. For example, the Max plan’s 35 USD / 5-hour limit means at most 35 USD of weekly quota can be consumed in any 5-hour period.
- Window limit: controls short-term usage intensity
- Weekly quota: controls total usage over a week
What Is the Weekly Quota?
The weekly quota is the total quota available per week.

Using the Max plan’s 210 USD weekly quota as an example:
- All OpenAI Codex / Google Gemini: up to approximately 350 USD official quota
- All Anthropic Claude: up to approximately 210 USD official quota
FAQ
Does a lower multiplier mean better value?
Yes. A lower multiplier means the same 1 USD of official model usage consumes less weekly quota. For example, 0.6× means 1 USD of model quota only consumes 0.6 USD of weekly quota.
Is the effective exchange rate the same as the forex rate?
No. It is a derived cost reference showing how much CNY you pay per 1 USD of official quota when your plan is fully utilized.
How is quota calculated when mixing models?
The system calculates each model’s consumption separately and sums the total.
Will multipliers change?
Possibly. Users will be notified at least 3 days before any adjustment.
